This exceptional waterfront home with contemporary architecture is family friendly yet stylish, providing privacy from the street while maximising river views. The home has a gourmet kitchen, open living space whilst enjoying breathtaking views of the river and city. The riverside offers a vast entertaining terrace with a great riverside games room/ beach club bar. All this within walking distance to the surf beaches, cafe's and restaurants of Main Beach. Take a dip in the indoor heated pool and enjoy the open lawn. With 5 bedroom. 6 bathrooms and powder room you can house up to 13 people in this beautiful waterfront home.
