The location was fabulous, close to the beach, close to the tram line, easy access to the centre of Surfers Paradise and restaurants. The downside was the parking issue, for example cars in incorrect spaces. Information from reception was very poor regarding iregarding the complex eg amenities and linen as the reception was unattended for our entire 7 day stay. However we would recommend the Ipanema and also stay again.

Clean unit, only given 2 towels though we had booked for 4 adults. Also booked 2 single beds but unit had a double bed. Contacted staff and a roll away bed was delivered with the extra 2 towels within half an hour. Overall satisfied with the accomodation.

we love the spa and pool. Also, the room and balcony were great to sit and have a drink and watch all that was going on around. the river the sea, trams so on. Our room was clean staff friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was really nice and had almost everything you could need for your stay (except no iron or ironing board). I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.
