Fantastic location, quiet but within 3 minutes walk to all the restaurants and amenities in Broadbeach. The flat appeared spotless but it needs a deeper clean. Behind the picture above the bed, the top of the mirror in the bedroom, the sockets, the cables behind furniture were all thick with dust. In fairness they sent 2 cleaners up immediately and they said they dont normally do that sort of cleaning but the whole flat needs the furniture moved and cleaned behind. Other than that it was a hugely spacious apartment and we loved it and would definitely stay there again

We were pleasantly surprised by Belle Maison. Whilst the decor in the room was very dated and mismatched, it was spacious, quiet and clean. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained and clean. It was also really good having an allocated car park, removing the need to stress about where to park. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It is nice and close to everything, with great cafes / restaurants within walking distance & Pac Fair just a short drive away. We will definitely be staying here again.

Have stayed here several times over many years. The rooms are large and spacious. The gardens in and around the complex are lush, green and well kept. Pool is lovely to swim in. Our room was supposedly an updated room however I found the furnishings and couch a bit dated. I would recommend.
