The Neighborhood:
Known as Australia’s ‘Theme Park Capital’ the Gold Coast is the perfect place to holiday with the kids. Be exhilarated on stomach-dropping rides at Dreamworld and enjoy the character parade at Movie World. Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.
Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis are also close by and readily available.
Other Things to Note:
As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.
Please note: We do not supply pool/beach towels. We recommend either packing them from home or purchasing beach towels once you arrive in Surfers Paradise.
Before arriving at your accommodation you must collect the keys from our office on the day of check in.
If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please contact us in advance to arrange key collection from a security box. Whether you are arriving in or out of office hours.

Great location , everything we needed ! Would stay again. Would be great if the property had someCurtains as the blinds let in the light we were woken up about 5 am every morning. Other then that really enjoyed our stay.
We loved our family stay at this amazing apartment. Don’t think you could get a better view of a Surfers. Looking down at Cavil Ave, it’s so close to shops and the beach & we especially enjoyed the looking at the view at night- amazing! Great kitchen & living room. We also enjoyed the pools. My son loved the smaller kids pool too! We would love to stay again. Thank you 😊
The apartment is situated in a fantastic location and it is a great size for a family to stay.
The washing machine and dryer in the apartment were very handy.
This could have been a wonderful place to stay if it was clean. The floors were filthy and there was mould in the cupboards. The couch was black and needed a good wash.
Great spacious apartment.
The area is very busy and was noisy at night. Close to the beach and lots of shops and eateries. Woolworths was downstairs to buy your groceries. Floors weren’t very clean on arrival but everything else was fine.
Well appointed kitchen. Belinda was a great host and helped out with a problematic broken door handle.
Views were amazing and the property is located right in the middle of Surfers. We were able to walk to everything we needed within minutes. The apartment was clean and tidy and communication with Belinda and her team was easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Surfers!

Been a long time since we have stayed in the middle of surfers. And what a top location it is with places to eat,drink and see live shows all in walking distance, the unit it self was well equipped with everything you need to cook if required and groceries stores a 3 minute walk. Pool was great, one down side was limited parking for the unit, over all the unit was fantastic.

The property is located with access to Cavill mall, you have access to restaurants, beaches and bars. The property is spacious with all the amenities you could want, communication with property manager was seamless and on every occasion they were quick to respond and pleasant, I would certainly stay again.
The apartment was just as described in the photos, it was bigger than expected! Location could not be better.

Beautiful apartment with excellent views, great kitchen for cooking in (for those who don’t want to eat out all holidays!), ample room for 6 of us and the ensuite shower is perfect for small kids with 3 different options to cater for all aged children. We really enjoyed the convenience of being central to the main hub of surfers paradise making everything easy to grab a quick early morning coffee, duck into woolies easily for groceries, beach access, street markets, electric scooters, hair braiding for the kids etc. could all be done within 100metres of the apartment. Car parking was also easy and the kids enjoyed an evening swim in the pool every night. Belinda and Kats commmunication when I had any questions was helpful and prompt responses. I particularly liked that on departure you simply had to ensure all rubbish was removed and all dishes washed and placed away - didn’t have to clean whole apartment which made packing up and being out by 10am easy! We had a great stay and will definitely be back 👌☺️
If you are looking for a stay right at the heart of Surfer's Paradise, this is the right unit for you. Property is clean, easy check in process, and excellent ocean view. Only downside was we could not park on the premise as our van's height is taller than the maximum height clearance allowed.
