"Absolute best staff! Heat did not work properly in our room -reported it in our 2nd day and maintenance came immediately to inspect. When they were not able to repair it, we were quickly moved to another room. The front desk staff even brought the new keys and a bell cart to us. Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had at an hotel. Nice touch with the coffee and hot beverage station available throughout the day. Enjoyed our first stay and can’t wait to visit again. "

"Loved the open shower & room setup. Was also nice to have the pool right next to the hot tub so we could just flop back and forth over the wall from hot tub to pool and back again. Continental breakfast was simple but good enough. Fresh made a waffle and there were a ton of topping choices. Bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, hard boiled egg, juice. "

"Great location, very comfortable with fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful view. It was a little unsettling to wait for the entrance instruction until 30 minutes before check in, but not a deal breaker. I’m just a planner and last minute is uncomfortable for me. "
