"Clean, quiet, comfortable with good amenities. I prefer their solution for coffee over the usual coffee maker. The quality of a pour over coffee is much better than coffee from an invariably dirty drip machine. They also have a good variety of tea. The soap, shampoo and conditioner provided are better than you get most places. I like the gym and that it’s walking distance to east bay. The people are nice and it’s easy to get help if needed."

"This motel was well maintained and clean, appliances were new, the bed had a foam mattress. It was still rustic, though. There were a couple of spiders outside our door in the morning. Acorns (I think) hit the roof overnight, making a pretty loud noise. Someone came in late, and had aloud conversation at 10pm. They did go inside around 10:45, thankfully. There is a community center with a kitchen and some basic food."
