Hotel was nice, and the location was convenient for walking downtown and gtting in and out using the valet. Mattress was not very firm but comfortable. Calling ahead to get your car out of valet made traveling in and out easier, and we never had to wait for our car. Room was clean, and quiet. Easy to get some rest. Rooftop bar was nice, but more for the newly 21 crowd on Friday and Saturday night. Great beverages though.

There was construction going on here and they didn't let anyone in our group know. When I requested we change rooms during off peak season, it wasn't honored. In addition, the hot water wasn't working for half a day. It was a really unfortunate stay.

I expected it to be nicer comparatively speaking from past stays at other Indigo Hotels. There was a giant water stain on the ceiling of our room. The Fire place didn’t work in the room. For the price, you would think that they would at least have a complimentary pot of coffee available in the lobby. Instead everything had to be purchased in the hotel restaurant!

Everyone was friendly enough. However, there was a fur in my bed under the pillow on the sheets when I went to go to sleep. At first, I thought it was a big huge spider. so of course I was freaked out after that. Because, if the sheets were washed, then why didn’t they see it when making the bed. It makes me think the sheets were not even changed. My friend slept in the other bed and every time they moved, there was a high-pitched squeaking sound from springs. There were no outlets by the bed to plug in your phone. The curtains didn’t close all the way, so the bright sunlight came through in the morning, which was super annoying. I haven’t experienced a stay like this even in the cheapest of hotels in Traverse City. I was extremely disappointed since this was a higher end hotel.

The facility is right on the bay with great views. Excellent hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel, but the restaurant options and menus looked very good. The location is perfect to walk through downtown with many dining options within a 15 minute walk. Our only complaints are that valet parking is the only option available and our room didn't get cleaned during our stay (we didn't complain, but it would have been nice to have fresh soap and towels).

Room was not clean. A clump of hair in the shower drain upon check in, food leftovers in the fridge from the previous guest, and the bathroom floors were so sticky our shoes would stick to them. We stayed for 2 nights and asked for a room cleaning after the first night, due to the conditions, but no one ever came. We ordered pizza the second night of our stay and ate it in our room. We asked the front desk for some napkins or plates and they said they couldn’t help us with anything (there’s a restaurant / bar in the lobby). We’ll be staying elsewhere on our next trip to traverse city. Very disappointing for how much we paid to stay here.
