Really Dirty! broken doors (got locked in toilet twice), broken blinds with no curtains so light flows on through, extremely hot, no aircon is fine but put in a fan or even window stays as we couldnt open a window to try cool down. Could say alot more about our room but wont. The room next door appeared alot cleaner so perhaps its being renovated. Wouldnt stay again.

We had a family emergency and had to head home owners still took all our money and given the circumstances this was very unreasonable. We are a hard working family and have lost $420. We are so so disappointed

Clean and tidy
First time staying here and visit Gisborne every 8 weeks. Motel was clean and tidy. Nice and quiet as was at the back of the premises. Bit of a hike if you wanted to walk into town . Had to request more milk which wasn’t a problem - would prefer fresh milk though. No sink but note to offer to replace dishes if needed which I didn’t. Plenty of parking. Nice big back lawn with table and facilities for smokers. Will stay again as very good value if needs a place to sleep on an overnight trip to Gizzy

Great service with a smile & gave us advice of the area Nice clean room had a kitchenette separate toilet & shower but no air con just fans so it was hot when we arrived & throughout the night otherwise happy with our stay

Very handy to the township.
Love this motel as its on the main road to the shops and beaches. Staff here a very friendly would come back here and stay for sure. Highly recommended it to others.

A 5 night stay in a very comfortable room. Tidy and fresh with new paint and furnishings. 2nd room had two single beds very comfortable but lacked a bedside dresser. Limited storage space if more tha 2 people staying in accomodation for 4. Quiet area but still close to everything.

Was a friendly place to stay and was clean. Did find some long black hairs on the bed and the hook on the door was already cracked so it broke off. There were very noisy people staying until around 3am and would have been good if that was settled down as there for work.

Really tidy as it had been refurbished. Bed was really comfortable. Nice and quiet except for weekday mornings since there is a school next door so there are kids running around - wouldn't be a problem on weekends though.

Arrived late in the night. Room was left open for us with outside light left on. Room was lovely and clean. We were in a one bedroom. The kids (3 of them) loved that they had their own beds in the lounge with the TV. Thanks so much for accomodating us! Best sleep ever!
