The owners, Geraldine and Peter were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We checked in after hours and they were there to ensure we got into our room safely. Peter very kindly dropped us into town the following morning. The room was very clean with high quality sheets, towels and decor. The air conditioning was a welcome touch on what was a hot night. Nice and quiet. Thoroughly recommend BK’s Palm Court.

We had an amazing stay at this motel. The staff were very friendly and I love that. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the spa bath. All amenities easy to use. We will definitely stay there again when in Gisborne

We rated everthing an excellent. The spa bath is huge & a favourite feature of mine. NETFLIX is a bonus thank you. The unit was spotless, smelled nice & the heatpump kept us warm One thing I would say is the bathroom window needs to have a curtain across it. It was an awesome stay.
