"Request a room upstairs, request a room upstairs, request a room upstairs. Despite an amazing location, remodeled rooms and amazing stay, my only complaint is how thin the walls are. We go to bed fairly early but people upstairs stayed up and walked around and played music until 2am. It’s not their fault but I would request the room upstairs if I planned to stay again “also request a fan because it’s wayyyy too quiet and you hear everything!!!! But again, it’s a beautiful location, beautiful rooms and for the price, I’d book again"
Hotel Marina Riviera

"The remodel of this hotel was fantastic. The design and location are unbeatable. The views, the fire pits, the sand chairs, the pool are all super nice. The pizza place is great with top notch dinner views. A few things. The ceilings are thin and could hear a lot of noise above us. Feet walking a lot, possibly a dog walking and jumping off the bed a lot throughout the night and early morning. Also they sell Resort Passes for the pool, a majority of the chairs were taken by locals leaving guests with no loungers or have the squeeze 2 people onto one chair. At $300 a night, a guest shouldn’t have to fight locals for a lounger by the pool. Overall very good, we would go back but please limit how many resort passes you allow in the pool at once. It should exceed 25-50% of seating."

"We always stay at the Lagonita, its right on the lake, which is great. The full kitchens are very convenient. Fireplace in each unit. Not far from the village. Very quiet and peaceful. They have activities, you can rent boats and they have a boat tour of the lake you can take. The parking situation is good. The staff are always helpful. Only drawback is no air conditioning, but they give you a fan lol. Its never bothered us, better to breath in the fresh mountain air."

"Nice property, conveniently located. I incorrectly assumed that being near the lake, I could walk to the lankeshore. I was incorrect, only certain areas of BBL are open to the public making this a pain point for our stay. The trash situation is kind of annoying and should be made known ahead of time, but overall had a great weekend with a more than adequate home base. Would return"

"The location was perfect for our large visiting family! It was a beautiful house with so much space. Being right there in the marina was great as well. Watching the boats coming and going was a treat for the kiddos. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend to family and friends for future stays."

"Wonderful stay for 3 families with lots of little kids. Karen was incredibly responsive and helpful. We stayed for the 4th of July and watched fireworks directly across the street near the lakefront. Loved our stay!"
