"We liked the place and great location for our needs. A couple things that would have made it perfect. First, when we arrived and rang the bell, nobody picked up the phone causing us to retry several times. Eventually someone exiting the building let us in but this was a rough way to start our visit. The Wi-Fi service in the unit was unreliable and often slow. And we discovered a moldy coffee filter in the coffee maker which turned us off from using it all together. rough way to start our visit."

"Overall good experience. Owner was responsive. Works as a small central base of operations in the city. Cleanliness wasn't bad for a rental property. City noise was more than we expected (screaming seagulls, neighbors, traffic/alarms) and the place was too bright to sleep well for us. "Really good location for downtown. If you dont want to drive there is lots of locations to get escooters or ebikes or if your going to walk theres lots to do around thats walking distance. The arena is about 15 minutes away whilw walking and stanley park is also about 15 minutes. Great location. Very well kept place. Kinda gives you a New York City kind of stay. "Initially, I was nervous when I booked as there were no previous reviews at the time but Lily reassured me through the message board. We booked it late for a concert after finding all the downtown hotels had no occupancy - we sure were happy we took the chance and went with it!! The loft apartment was super cool, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in downtown Vancouver while we took our two daughters (ages 12 and 14) to the P!NK concert. "This property is in such a convenient location. My husband was bothered more by the nighttime traffic noises, but the condo is in a safe location perfect for exploring the city. The condo covered needed amenities and the size is perfect for a couple. The bed is comfortable and the condo is infused with sunlight. We used the laundry and the gym. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Quiet area within 10 minutes driving from the ferry. The guest suite is spacious and well equipped + big yard facing coastal mountains. The hosts live above and are very hospitable. One thing to mention is that the hot tub that is shared between few units. We greatly enjoyed our stay!"
