"The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! "We had a city view room on first floor and the street noise from the carts setting up in the early morning and the young people coming back from the bars will keep light sleepers awake. Otherwise, loved the staff and the location."
