"New, refreshed business with extremely high hospitality standards. From the personal touches provided at check-in and check-out, to thoughtful sound dampening windows, staff rises above expectations in every way.
Well executed, boutique styled hotel, rises above higher
priced competition. Walking distance from important attractions.

"The hotel is a great base for visiting Florence, in a slightly quieter neighbourhood but still plenty of food and drink options nearby and all the big attractions are a walkable distance away. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. "
"Basic breakfast but good coffee and eggs! Front desk was wonderful, we were there for a wedding and my spouse already left since they were in the wedding - I needed help zipping up my dress and they were so helpful and sweet. Everything they did was top notch. Rooms a little dated but clean and bathrooms were updated. Noise level was fantastic, couldn’t hear anything outside "
"This is a beautiful hotel in the center of Florence. It is easy to walk anywhere you choose. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are quiet, I would recommend this hotel to everyone."

"The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine.
Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing.
Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good!
The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "
"We had a city view room on first floor and the street noise from the carts setting up in the early morning and the young people coming back from the bars will keep light sleepers awake. Otherwise, loved the staff and the location."
"Perfect location and beautiful hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive from the moment they greeted my taxis both coming and going. The breakfast offered a good variety of food choices although eggs, pancakes and coffee were never warm enough. It is pricey but a good choice ."
