Mid Week Romantic Sneak

Beginning with communication from Jason alerting us to early check-in to checkout the next day, everything is fine. We wish we would have discovered this location sooner. We enjoyed the comfortable room complete with amenities. Despite being in a room facing the Tanjong Tokong road our room was surprisingly quiet. Lunch at Ido Ichi in the building then dinner just across the street at No Eyed Dear. 2 of our favorite restaurants made our day & evening complete.

It's a nice and well-equipped property. Though exterior it kind of look like and seasoned building, but accommodation is well maintain and updated. Also, I accidentally left by daughter's favourite water bottle after checked out. The reception is kind enough to help me ship the bottle back to me safely. Kudos!

泳池很冷，但這樣便宜，不要苛責了。員工好好啊！

酒店的管理其實非常好，負責的職員或經理均能及時回應問題，而且房間打掃得十分清潔，一塵不染，論整潔，很是令人滿意。而且，我們事前還要求了供應電飯煲，酒店職員也預先為我們準備。酒店最強的是下面就有個超級市場，想體驗婚前生活的小兩口子外出旅行，可以天天往超市買菜回家，然後躲在酒店房間自煮自吃。體驗一下新婚時候，兩口子彈盡糧絕，家徒四壁的甜蜜生活，因為這酒店的裝修真的很BASIC。不過，以這樣的價錢，還要求甚麼？ 失分之處在於： 房間的設計很平淡，家具簡單，若多住幾天，會覺得很孤清。另外，房間的佈局因為大廈本身的圖則設計古怪而顯得奇詭。除了睡房方正，起居室和飯廳都奇形怪狀，長住不是辦法。 酒店（或曰這個樓盤）的住客泳池十分陰冷，想下水游泳，總是冰凍得離奇，游不了半小時就要上岸。太冷了。 酒店是位處民居大廈，所在位置下面有商場，但店舖不多，食肆你住三天就全部吃完。走路去附近街區的店面吃吧？檳城白天的太陽猛烈，望一眼已不想走。所以，要住這裏，最好還是租車，或者出門就召Grab Car。

悩んだ時にはこのアパートメントで

ペナン長期滞在の際は毎回利用させてもらってます。食事、買い物…全てここに滞在すれば徒歩圏内だし、タウンやビーチに行きたい時はバス停も目の前にあります。あと、何と言っても洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋に常備されており、洗剤まで付いてるので主婦としては助かります。周りに同じ様なコンドミニアムが続々と建ち始めてますが、私はこちらがおススメです。

地下にモールがあったり、近くにレストランなどもあり食事には困らなかったです。また、ガーニープラザも車で7-8分と利便性の高い場所にあり助かりました。受付のマレー人のスタッフも親切でした。

Very good services from the counter but no room services. I am pleased with the customer service by one of the lady colleague. She is very helpful. Might think of providing some Room Services like clearing the rubbish and changing the bath towel.

Very comfortable place, extremely convenient: you will be granted free parking and the nearest supermarket is just a lift ride away :-) the complex also has a gym and a swimming pool. Communication with the staff was very smooth and fast. If I have to find a flaw, the apartment has not enough pots and pans if you want to cook for yourself.

Spacious for family

Spacious room and big kitchen for 4 people stay or a small family members. Cold Storage and lots of restaurants nearby all in walkable distance. Toilet paper can have more for comfort for the tenants next time if possible . Tight security system so it’s very safe to stay there. It’s very near to go to town as well and to the quay . Overall very good experience to stay , will book the same place in future if travelling to Penang next time

Good value but at some price

I did not stay long enough to be able to claim that I can truly assess the quality of Luxfort 118. But long enough to note that access is a major problem for anyone with any handicaps. There were too many steps to get to and from the elevators to our car. Getting hot water was an issue because I kept forgetting that it is not "on tap", I had to hit the button 5 minutes before use. The place is quite far from the historical area of Georgetown.

Mixed feelings

Agree with other reviewer. My room was dark and felt like a bunker. One window total and it was in bedroom facing a wall. 5th floor rooms are near pool but also have a walkway around the perimeter making it unsecure to open windows. Very limited tv options in English. I liked the location as it is more residental and a short bus ride away from major shopping but empty mall was bit creepy. Lady at checkin was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent property for young children

We booked a double bed with an additional pull-out mattress for the kids, and as we've stayed here before we were upgraded to an apartment with two beds (one in the bedroom, one in the main living room). Additionally, we were given a room that was right outside the pool, which was ideal for the kids. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which has a large sunny area but also lots of shade for young children. The condition of the apartment itself was excellent, it had everything we needed. The lady that met us when we arrived (and who we've met before when we stayed) was very welcoming and helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Add in the Cold Storage in the basement that's open until 10pm, the free parking (make sure you let them know beforehand if you need to park), and it amounted to the perfect place to stay. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Penang.
