Liked: Staff & service
This is a 2-star hotel; we got what we paid for, however, they use their sister facility's advertising material (which is far superior) - so it feels like you're cheated a little.
The staff was very helpful, professional, and accommodating - something you'd expect from a 4-star hotel.

Disliked: Amenities
The staff are friendly and helpful but the rooms are outdated. No refrigerator. Beds are not comfortable.
Good value for money. Not expecting anything fancy for that price. The bathroom/toilet/wash basin was a bit rundown with patches of repair not done properly.
The hotel just done painting, paint smell a bit strong.Hotel provide water dispenser.Hotel should provide more pillow as 1pillow not enough.Request extra pillow but need extra charge.Parking so far so good but limited parking lot.Overall good, clean and reception (a Chinese long hair staff) friendly. If you prefer a budget hotel,this is a Choice.
No water heating for shower;
Can boiled water in room.
No toothbrush & toothpaste are given.
Air conditioner start to drip water can last night and temperature cannot be adjust to warmer temperature.
Tv controller is spoiled
I liked the hotel’s location and proximity to key locations in Georgetown. Also it was a cheap and clean alternative to many other 2 star and 3 star hotels. One thing I didn’t like was the fact the TV that came with our room only had one channel and when you tried to switch channels with the remote it would turn off the TV. Free WiFi is always a plus as well.
