"Conveniently located in the North Terminal @ Gatwick airport. Simply has to walk to the entrance. Room was clean, modern and well appointed."

"Paid extra to upgrade to a refurbished room, but the bathroom sink was cracked - disappointing in any room but especially so in a newly refurbished room - and the TV wasn't working properly (a member of staff did come and fix it). The hotel also has 4 Tesla Destination Chargers, one of which has been out of service for several months. I've reported this to the hotel, but they advise that it has nothing to do with them. Unfortunately they aren't able to advise who it should be reported to either."
