"Staff were great. Lovely room but noisy. The room had had secondary glazing fitted, so they know the problem- but the glass was missing!! The settled down 3.30/4am so not a good night. Spa facilities were poor. Steam room only works sometimes and the seats have been repaired with some sort of duct tape! but the sauna was fine. Swimming pool was closed!"

"The room was in good condition when we arrived, and we were pleased with the initial presentation. However, as our stay progressed, the overall upkeep declined noticeably. In particular, the cleanliness of the bathroom deteriorated, which was disappointing and did not meet expectations for the remainder of our stay."

"I decided not to go back to this hotel, after a dreadful nights sleep recently. I would rather pay again to stay somewhere else, thats how bad i thought it was. It’s right next to the railway station and a busy road, so bring your earplugs. "
