"This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. "The hotel staff was nice and solved the reservation problem immediately by giving us hotel room for one day until the booking was confirmed by Orbitz. Next day we were transferred to the Hotel apart complex which is next to the Hotel. The rooms were not 4*. The furniture and the toilet were old. They give us two additional electric heating fans because the room was very cold, but this again was not enough to heat the room. No daily cleaning of the rooms. "
