"The sofa had white stains on it and the room just had a weird odor in it. And the morning before we left we saw a roach on the kitchen counter. And they make the breakfast look like it has eggs bacon and all the above but all the have is sweet stuff. Me and my boyfriend were pretty disappointed with the breakfast. And overall cleanliness of our room."

"The property never updated their third party listing agent, RoomPicks, about changes to check in time. We showed up at check in time, as listed and confirmed in TWO emails- and they didn’t have a room for us. Hundred degree heat, loaded up with dogs and kids after hours on the road, and hotel management couldn’t care less. We contacted RoomPicks via Vrbo, and they wouldn’t refund us!!! We even had another neighboring hotel ready for us, but they REFUSED a refund after sending us the wrong...
