"Terrible experience, water was turned off last visit then the toilet stopped working this time around cards kept deactivating house keeping didn’t replace towels or take trash out and when called was told we had to request towels the night before. Hotel also had roaches, will not be staying here ever again."

"The colorful fun furniture in the lobby seating area set the tone for our stay. The bed was so comfortable and relaxing after our busy days. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and offered a nice variety of items. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Hotel was great. My room was bigger than expected and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of hot and cold options each morning. Coffee/tea/water dispenser available all day in the lobby. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There's lots of parking available. The walls & ceilings are VERY thin (may be a Wyndham thing) and the doors all slam shut but the area is pretty quiet in general. "

"The only reason I chose this hotel is because I stayed here about 4 years ago. It was excellent ( then). But, unknown to us, upon arrival , we found out that that hotrl was under remodeling, which meant that the main floor was covered and barricaded AND the breakfast restaurant unavailble. We had no choice but to stay there, arriving aftr midnight. We had a king bed room. But, after returning from first day's activities, our toilet stopped worling and was running water constantly. We asked fir another room. Only room available was a double bed, which angered my wife, but we had to take it. Next night when we returned to hotel, they switched us back to a different king bed room. My real issue is, the under construction- renovation info should have been available at all sources who book rooms for that hotel, including Expedia. "

"This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area "
