"Hotel is in an excellent location near train station and so easy access when we arrived in florence. Has a lot of character and room was good. Could have done with easier access to charge phones and other tech within room. The bathroom was clean but could use a new coat of paint. Great and powerful shower. Very good breakfast and staff were very polite and friendly. I would stay there again. "

Many attractions are also nearby, so it’s easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Nice little touches like complimentary water and beer in the fridge were a pleasant surprise. The room also had pour-over coffee, which was a great bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was soft and cozy—perfect for a good night’s rest. Overall, a really enjoyable and comfortable stay."

"The room was tremendous - so much so that when we first went in we thought it was a lobby😂. The only issue we had was the shower and sink drains were slow, something the desk wasn’t aware of until we told them. Other than that- the entire stay was amazing. "

"Our favorite in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Cortona for a week and bookended our stay at Bernini. The staff arranged for us to pick up and drop off a rental car at the hotel, made everything super easy. Can’t say enough great things. "

Very quiet at night, much needed after long days of bus tours etc. Bed was very comfortable, linens very soft The buffet breakfast was great. The coffee served by staff was delicious and also serving Americano coffee exceptional! Best of all, the staff work very hard to maintain the exceptional comforts of this hotel. Following up with how the room is, and always willing to help including the cleaning ladies for rooms! Work ethic, above and beyond for the travellers. Great hotel, best staff! "Location!! We took trains almost every day and this hotel is right across the street from the station. There was no noise from the trains or busy street while trying to sleep. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good every day. Hotel is clean and always felt safe late at night. Walkable to tourist spots and Oltrarno. It was a perfect choice for us! "
