"Absolutely loved staying there! We will be back soon. The room was excellent, all of the staff we encountered were wonderful, the steakhouse was the best meal ever, we will be back! Room service breakfast was really good."

"This was a great hotel to stay out prior to our cruise. It was very elegant, clean, and had different activities to do. The pool area was great for our family and every single one of the staff members was very helpful. We could not have asked for better service. We most definitely want to stay here again and try the steakhouse. If you want to splurge and have a great time at Galveston, do not hesitate to book this hotel because you will not regret it."

"The hotel was fine. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre but it got the job done. The room was fairly clean with no mold and the hotel was built in 2024 so no major issues. Only complaint was we found a broken glass tobacco pipe in one of the drawers of our non-smoking room so it called into question how thorough they actually cleaned the rooms."
