10/10 Excellent
"Loved this place. I went with a friend and asked for seperate beds. Our personal beds where really nice and comfy, not to small not too big.
Next to that I was mesmerised by the design and decor, especially from the heated pool.
The staff was really kind! "
"Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. Especially loved the rooftop terrace. The overhead shower in both rooms wasn’t acceptable though as we both had showers that didn’t work. We didn’t realise this when we first checked in as only needed to shower the next morning. It certainly wouldn’t stop us staying again though. "
"The hotel is a 18 minute walk from the Grand Place main square in Brussels. There's several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful."
"The hotel reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected, and the receptionist kindly tried to arrange an early check-in for us. Unfortunately, the rooms were not yet ready. They also assisted us by providing clear directions to the buses and trains.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to go downstairs and see what they offered for breakfast. I know it was available, but since we were always on the move, we ended up having breakfast elsewhere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable."
