"This was one of the better hotel that our party stayed at during our European trip. The kitchen was fully equipped for meal prepping and the sofa bed itself had 2 individual mattresses that were could be separated into 2 single beds (no single mattress that sagged in the middle). The windows opened into an indoor mall but were soundproof when closed. The elevator did break down twice during our 3 night stay, which was rather inconvenient. We were told to use the sole service elevator which wasn't too bad but depending on the time might be overcrowded as it was rather small and both guests and staff were using.it. "

"We had an issue with a broken door lock and had to move rooms, which took some time and disrupted our sightseeing plans. However, the staff handled it well and were very apologetic and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay — the hotel is nice, the rooms are modern, and the staff were all kind. Special mention to the young gentleman working at the lobby who was always friendly and helpful whenever we passed by."
