"Super nice hotel and extremely good customer service from all staff. The continental breakfast was only “okay” and the gym was also just “okay” but everything else was great. We will definitely book there next time."

"Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. It was a bit too noisy for us not only because of the highway but also because of the people. After 10pm and till 2am, people were slamming doors, stomping, and speaking Hindi very loudly. We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel but couldn't sleep properly a single night."

"I offered to put cash down for security deposit because I stayed at 5 different hotels on a road trip and paying for two rooms each time.it is a lot of extra money to carry around on my credit card balance for a couple weeks and ties up my spending power while I’m waiting to be refunded.Days inn refused to work with me.The damage deposits take a week to two weeks to show up on my credit card after they are refunded. My holiday is over before the refund shows up. Other hotels let me pay cash or just kept my credit card number on file. Days inn said it was mandatory to charge my credit card for Two rooms deposit. I hate it when companies claim that they are handcuffed by their policies. Customer service, by definition, is when you go the extra mile to make the customer feel taken care of.But they didn’t care about my inconvenience. I didn’t appreciate this and it made me stay somewhere else a few days later when I was coming back through Nanaimo. Other companies are willing to take a cash deposit, or just keep your cc on file. We liked the hot tub, and the breakfast was nice, the breakfast staff were very sweet and friendly."
