The hotel is right next to the Fussa station and shopping , making it ideal for travel. The staff is very friendly, morning breakfast is phenominal, and the facilities are nice and clean. I will definately be staying here again.

Its directly next to Fussa Station but we didnt experience any noise from the trains. Theres several shops and restaurants and numerous bars close by. The main gate of Yokota airbase is about a 15 minute walk and all flat ground. The rooms are fairly spacious for a Japanese hotel. The staff spoke english and check in was via a kiosk ojly down side is 4pm check in time Other than that its a great place to stay near Yokota airbase

Excellent place to stay in Fussa. Train station and plenty of eateries within very short walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend this establishment.

This is as close as you'll get to a "western" hotel with Japanese prices. There are lots of food options within a short walk. Just a short walk to the front gate of Yokota AB. Even shorter to get to the Fussa light rail stop. From there you can get anywhere. Breakfast was, however, more traditional Japanese (most patrons were Japanese) so I can understand that. But it was still good.

Sumptuous free buffet style breakfast really start my day right. The hotel is located right next to the JR station that added extra convenience. The rate is unbeatable. The upkeeping of the place is above average.

This hotel is very convenient and next to the train station with shopping and food options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top (14th) floor and looked West so we had a nice but distant view of Mt. Fuji. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent rating is because of the bed. As other people have stated, the beds are very hard and is almost like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were not that much better. It felt like some type of plastic cubes were inside of the pillows. If they upgraded the beds and pillows this would be an excellent hotel.

Very convenient location as it is right next to Fussa train station as well as many eateries and popular fast food. Also a well stocked supermarket just a few steps away with a Starbucks. The room did it's job in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities. The breakfast service was a nice touch. I plan to stay at this location the next time I am at this location.

Japanese lady, at front desk wouldn't call taxi for me. I didn't have Japanese sim. Young guy called for me. She was helpful at all. She needs to be retraining on people need.

I stayed for 10 days so I could visit my son who is in the military at Tokota Air Base. It was a good distance that he could walk and meet me for the train. The hotel was quiet, the workers were so friendly, the view was nice. The bed was harder than I am used to but I slept very well. I would stay here again.

Clean rooms well maintained And the location is wonderful. My issue is that I had a room booked for one night. I added a second night, The staff had me check out at 10 and come check back in at 4 for a day that I could have enjoyed my room. The hotel had me move to another room that was identical to mine. Instead of enjoying my room, I had to check out. Wait all day check back in and lost a day traveling around the city.

Basic hotel with very small rooms. Breakfast was decent, with mostly Japanese fare. I didn't like that there were only 5 cars in their parking lot, however every time I asked if we could park in the hotel parking lot, they replied that they were full without checking.
