"We booked city view, we got no view, we called the front desk, and we had to wait 1 hour to change our room, we got new room, no heat, we had to wait to the technician to fix it, after that plumbing issue, also we had to wait to get it fixed, total of 19 hours 3 things we had to deal with for our during staying. "The entrance of our room was not as clean as expected. Reception was horrible. The phone in the room was working but certain numbers were damaged, when pressed number #8 no dial sound and couldn't place a call to our family members in another room. So texting was the only means of communication. The pool was busy, as expected. However we were looking forward to the hot tub. And to our surprise it was full with adults but also kids. We didnt get a chance to go in, but we can understand why it was full, the pool's water was cold unfortunately. Location of the hotel is great. Parking is not included with the room, but their options and fee is reasonable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
