Pretty good hotel, decent breakfast and good location, however they will charge 1,000yen per suitcase before check in if you go there early, the first time I have ever had to pay to leave my suitcase at a hotel I am staying at on the day of my stay, which was rather expensive.

I would stay here again

The OneFive Terrace was comfortable, with great amenities, and in a great location (not far from the Canal City shopping center). The lobby was attractive, the price was reasonable, and the room was clean and well-appointed. Temperature controls in the room were easy to understand and work with, so I could set the room to a comfortable temperature in the hot summer without much trouble. It was a very pleasant stay and if I return to Fukuoka in the future I would definitely stay here again.

the rooms in this property are a bit dated the hallway was hot and the elevators are very small. The dryers in the laundry room did not work very well, the timing on them were not consistent. Started 2 dryers at the same time and 1 would stop 10-15 min before the other; took a long time to get our clothes dry. Staff was friendly and polite. Do not pre-pay for breakfast, you can pay at the front desk this allows more flexibility.

For everyone who enjoys a room under 23c this place is not for you. I went in there and the hallway was cooler than the room, even after messing with thermostat. It’s hard locked at 23c. The walls and ceiling warped due to the humidity inside of the room. There is condensation dripping from metal in ceilings and I counted three different colors of mold in that rooms ceiling, staff refuses to lower temperature. They provide a fan however not much good it does when your room is a furnace. Also king size bed you pay a premium for is harder than concrete.

中洲からのアクセスも良くとても綺麗なお部屋でした。 この価格でバストイレ別はとても良かったと思います。 1階の部屋だったので外に出た後も楽でしたし、パートナーが喫煙者ですが喫煙室も近いと喜んでいました。 ウェルカムドリンクも美味しいですしスタッフの方がとても丁寧に淹れてくださってありがたいです。 次もし福岡を訪ねる時にはこちらをまた使いたいです。
