This hotel was very close to Hakata station, so if you are arriving via Shinkansen, you won't have to roll your luggage far to get to it. The entrance is located on a side street, so taxis and cars can pick you up easily. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is super convenient, clean and nice. But I don't find it helpful while you're checking-in and the staff watching you and helping you all the way, then why don't they do it for you? I would prefer them to be flexible, while offering you the check-in by ourself or directly via the staff. Anyway, I would recommend it.

Best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Good spread and fairly tasty. Room was ok but carpet didn’t feel super clean. Bathroom could do with more places to hang towels. Good location, next to Hakata Station.
