It was a spectacular stay with my family for a week's time. Staff are friendly to assist in seamless checkin checkout and switching room, also to communicate with uber and taxi driver. Nice environment and nothing can beat the location. The only thing for hotel to take care or improve is the showering head, want to enjoy a stronger water flow, especially on higher floor.

Appreciation to the hotel staff

We found that we left our souvenior in the hotel after we returned home. We emailed the hotel and, after repeated extensive search by the hotel staff, our souvenior was found. The staff was so helpful that they sent the item to another hotel in Osaka (while my friend was visiting Osaka). They also proactively liaised with the hotel in Osaka to make proper arrangements in advance. Their service quality and helpfulness far exceeded our expectation!
