We booked through Expedia without checking Google reviews. The photos looked great, and since it was in Japan, we trusted what was advertised. The price was reasonable, but the cleaning and maintenance could use more attention. The room felt quite humid and had a slight odor—nothing unbearable, but noticeable. However, the shower room definitely needs better cleaning and upkeep. There was visible mold around the vent and on parts of the wall, which could be a safety concern for future guests. On a positive note, the bedroom itself was clean—the sheets, towels, and linens were fresh. The beds were comfortable, and our children loved the unique bunk bed setup. Overall, it’s a decent option for travelers on a budget, but I recommend checking more reviews before booking.

めちゃくちゃ汚い、日本のホテルはこんなに汚いのが初めてなので、二度とは泊まりません。チェックインとアウトは全てセルフ制で、スタッフの対応全くありません、もしくはいない状態ただ安い、それなりに便利な場所で、若い衆らが多いですね

パッと見は綺麗に見えるけど、かび臭く、隅にゴミが溜まっていたり、まだ使っていないのに髪の毛落ちてたり、、、。窓が小さすぎて、日の光も入ってこない。チェックイン、アウトは簡単で楽でした。

Horrible place

We arrived 10 mins before check-in time, and asked if we could do it early, they refused saying we would need to pay more, the hotel was absolutely dirty everywhere, and smelling bad, when we entered the room all the curtains and other places were full of mold, and dust in the AC, the only good thing about this place was the location, definitely not worth the price, better go to another hotel or hostel I would really want my money back

悪臭。不潔。

エントランスから清潔感に欠ける状態でした。廊下はゴミが散乱しており、エレベーターも掃除がされてるとは思えない状態でした。部屋はさらに最悪で、ドアノブは取れかかっており、カーテンやエアコンはカビだらけ。おそらく換気ができておらず湿気だらけなのでしょう。耐え難い悪臭に30分でチェックアウトしました。料金を返金してほしいと本気で思うほどひどいホテルでした。海外のドミトリーですらここまで感じたことはありません。日本の評判を下げないためにも是非改善していただけたら幸いです。

排水口がつまっている

お風呂も洗面台もつまっていて排水されるまで長い時間がかかるし、排水口から悪臭がして建物全体が臭かった部屋の広さやベッドも良く、場所も便利でしたが、臭いが気になる人はやめた方がよいです

第一次入住酒店會有咁差體驗 1）張被有大陣酸臭味 2）床單有多個破洞同污積 3）枕頭扁平要用沖涼毛巾墊高才可以睡 4）隔音差，半夜3點幾有人用走廊微波爐烤熱食物，被叮一聲同關微波爐門的聲音嚇醒 5）半夜聽到樓上的住客行來行去 6）早上9點半左右沒有水喉水，刷牙洗面都唔得 7）房內有昆蟲 8）廁所太細連刷牙都有困難 9）住6晚得兩晚可以瞓到

Great Little Hotel

This unmanned hotel worked perfectly for my needs as a single traveler. The room wasn't very big but it was exactly what I needed as I didn't spend a lot of time in the room. I love that it had a small desk and chair so I could work on little things as needed. Access into the hotel was super easy. Check-in was a little iffy for some travelers checking in at the same time I was checking in. But, do the online check-in ahead of time and it makes it really fast and easy to scan the QR code.
