We arrived at the hotel only to find that there was no parking spots available. Not sure how many parking spots there are in the first place, but if parking is a requirement for you, don’t pick this hotel. Anyhow we ended having to park somewhere 5-10minute walk from the hotel, which meant that we had to travel with our luggages on the street for 5-10minutes, which can be very frustrating and troublesome for families: travelling with toddlers (since you have extra luggages eg pram in the first place).
Worst still, the reception is not on the ground floor. So you still had to carry all the suitcases to 13/F to check in - not family-friendly.
Also the hotel is right above the red light district. Call girls standing right outside our hotel - definitely not family friendly.
