The staff was super friendly and helpful! We asked them for restaurant recommendations and they recommended us spme lovely options (not tourist traps either!). They also helped store our luggage EVEN AFTER we already checked out, just because we didnt want to drag our luggage around while we went out for lunch before we left Kyoto..

Easy access convenience

Offers a convenient option for a stay. A very hands off approach to hotel service. For two night it was absolutely fine. The area might be more convenient for party goers, however room was quiet and area didn’t affect sleep.

It’s our second time in this hotel. Rooms are big enough for two. We were very comfortable. Front desk and cleaning staff were very tentative and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I was disappointed was the Japanese buffet. The quality of the food’s were not fresh and less selection compared from my first time I visited (12/2023). Too bad, I was looking forward to it, too.☹️

Location is good in Nakasu. Just right in front of the river. Surrounded by eateries and covered shopping street. Next to convenient stores and Donki shop. Monorail station is just around the corner. One stop away to the Tenjin high end shopping area. Iwataya is a must go. The canal city mall and the yatai area is also close by. Must stay in the top floor duplex unit with your own open roof private onsen. It’s heaven. Breakfast is delicious but variety is not much. Free yogurt and bath salt in the lobby for guest. 4 parking slots in front of hotel at 2000 yen per day. They double charged me.. already paid for parking when paying for hotel but when I went out and came back to hotel … they collected another 2000 yen .

The breakfast was very delicious. The free refreshments were all very considerate and tasty. However, the room was very stinky, even though I used the aroma spray numerous times. The smell was still there after my whole trip.

Free drinks, smoothies, bath mixes and great staff was overall a great stay. The room was definitely small but it’s mostly just to sleep after a day of exploring the city so I can look past that. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our bags after check-out and called a taxi for us.
