I booked this place because it was close to the Port, and didn’t expect much. But the checkin process was cumbersome with an unpersonelled ipad with alot of questions. The room was clean and good enough, but it lacked a kitchen sink, and we had to get tap water from the bathroom.

Hotel didn't provide check-in instructions ahead of time and there was no staff/front desk to assist. We had to stand outside and begged other travelers to share their door code to get to the check-in machine. Then, we had to find the reservation, scan the QR code to pay for room tax using a credit card before a code was provided to enter a room.

There was food in the microwave, possibly left by the previous guests. Some areas were a bit dusty (vent, under the sofa, top of microwave and ref). We stayed for 5 nights. Our garbage bin was overflowing. There was no provision for garbage disposal, even if we had to bring it down ourselves. We had to leave used bento boxes in the ref so that the room would not smell bad.

It’s a really bad stay here because of poor soundproofing with bad neighbors. Running for the whole night and service system is useless even leave the message for them. Really bad experience and it makes my trip worse since I could sleep for two nights until the bad neighbors left.

Bad servers but a nice room

This hotel is unmanned, but we didn't know until we arrived at the hotel, as it was mentioned in the hotel.com descriptions that someone would serve us. Moreover, they sent us an email stating that they would inform us of the hotel front door password in the morning. However, we did not receive any email until we arrived at night. It was only after we contacted the hotel workers through email that they replied to us with the information. However, we had to wait for an hour at 1 degree temperature outside in Japan.

家族７人でスイートCの部屋に宿泊しましたが、部屋も広く子供達も喜んでいました。 若干浴室のシリコン部分のカビが気になりましたが、他は綺麗で満足でした。 洗濯機も脱衣所ある為、着替えがない方はおすすめです。専用駐車場はないですが、目の前に格安駐車場があります。周囲の環境は静かで近くにコンビニやマックスバリュexpressがある為、便利です。後、忘れ物をしましたが連絡を入れ迅速丁寧に対応をしてくださいました（最初はカスタマーに繋がりその後はメール対応） 何よりも大人数でも安価で宿泊出来る為、ご家族やグループ宿泊される方にはおすすめです。
