Our room was located in the older building, which could use some updating. Although room was clean, carpet was in poor shape. Did not feel very comfortable, especially compared to where we are staying now at approximately the same price. Location was near the subway, and some good eateries nearby. When we arrived in this hotel, there was no hotel cart to put your luggage so you have to drag it on your own if you have big multiple luggage. there was 2 elevators. We were assigned to use the elevator near the dining area but there was no coin op washer and dryer in this area so you have to go to the other side of the building and it only has 2 available. The 5th floor hallway smell have a strong cigarette smell. The good area on this hotel was the room. it is spacious and big. I just wished that they have a better entertainment on the TV such as netflix or youtube. The room is centralize so they blasted the heater on our room so it was hot and have to open the window. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell good as well.
