"we stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay. We got a deluxe double room. Room was good size and spotless. Bed was big but it was hard including pillow. There were washer and dryer microwave ice machine on 3 or 4th floor and coffee at front desk. Hotel is located between park and hospital so it was very quiet except when ambulance drives by. Center Minami station has everything. It does take a while to get to tourist places since this is a residential area. Staff were all nice. Everything was great. There are several ways to walk from station but exit 3 and turn right. You don't have to cross busy road or walk up hills. (600yen)"

"Hotel is located right next to shin-yokohama which is a major transport hub. Tokyo about an hour away. Yokohama about 15 minutes. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby, shopping center, karaoke, and a 7/11. Also a direct route to and from Haneda airport. The hotel is a bit on the older side. Rooms are going to be very small, and bathrooms even smaller -- but that's par for the course in Japan. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, and they understand (and in some cases speak) English."

"My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!"

"Very clean and convenient location close to the Yurigaoka train station, supermarkets, Seven Eleven and multiple restaurants, Bars, fast food and also a Karaoke. There’s also a very friendly and very affordable rent a car shop just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. The Hotel staff are very nice, professional and friendly. Our stay was great! Felt like family.
