"We are from Los Angeles and are here for a family get away with our 7 year old. It has truly been an amazing experience!!
All staff whom I have interacted with (from check in, dining, museum, and the simulation experience) provide exceptional service! Most staff speak good English.
Room is spacious and super comfortable. I appreciate their attention to details and thoughtfulness! They even went above and beyond in getting a pair of super cute small crocs (for the onsen experience) and kid's toothbrush for my 7 year old!
Doesn’t have a lot of food choices onsite (if you don't have a car with you). Our family tried the Robata Oyama restaurant (Japanese cuisine) and are pleasantly surprised! Good quality is very good.
Overall- exceptional experience and would highly recommend!"
"The family room is spacious for family for 4.
On arrival, was informed that the staffs are trying to fix a broken lock for the room, and offer to help bring luggage to the room.
While in the room, there was a power trip and the staff was able to help fix the issue within 10min.
Really thankful for the responsiveness of the staff.
