Staff were very helpful and went out of there way to assist, one staff member even chased us up the street to ensure we had the correct directions for the local supermarket, not great English but used a translating service whenever in doubt. Dated property but clean and well priced. Very convenient location across the road from train and bus station. Staff held our bags whilst we climbed Mt Fuji and checked back in following day. Slept well, great view of Fuji, charming place, not the most modern but made up for but lovely staff, recommended.

今回は御殿場アウトレットの旅で利用しました。アウトレットからは無料のバスが御殿場駅まであり、ホテルも駅目の前で便利で迷うことなく到着できました。施設はやや古さがありましたが、清潔な感じがありました。朝食も美味しかったです。特にスクランブルエッグが美味しく気に入りました！ 富士山🗻も朝から全面が見え大満足です！

家族連れには不向きのホテル

子連れ4人で滞在。今後は使用しません。 家族用の部屋を予約しましたが、バスタブとシャワー、トイレが同じ部屋にあり、複数人数での宿泊に適してません。 ビジネスホテルと全く同じ作りにがっかりしました。テレビも一名部屋用のサイズでした。 更にはバスタブに黒カビ、タオルおよび枕が一名分不足しておりました。ウォシュレットも洗面台の水を先に出さないと機能せず、非常に不便でした。 家族での宿泊はお勧めしません。

正直内装ボロボロだしトイレのウォシュレットは熱くて温度調節できないしで不満点はあるけど駅前、飲食店街の中ということで利便性はピカ一なのでリピートしてもいいかなってかんじです。 今回は翌日雨でゴルフ中止したのでゆったり朝ごはん食べましたが美味しかったです

対応が不親切

・日によって足ふきマットがない。 ・洗面台に置いていた、自宅から持って行った手洗い用洗剤が倒されていた。 ・掃除が雑。 ・タクシーの予約はご自分でと言われた。 設備が古いのは仕方ないとしても、それ以外は怠慢。従業員によっては良い対応の人もいるのかもしれませんが、立地以外はおすすめできるポイントがありません。
