"Plenty of room and beds and bathrooms. Temp stayed cool like we like it and Tonya was very helpful with things to do and places to eat. The golf carts came in handy for beach visits and riding around. The place is beautiful and soooo comfy. We felt relaxed and slept very well as the beds are so soft. The comforters are Cozy Bliss which are cool and warm and super soft. Already ordered one for my bed at home. The modern kitchen is well stocked with plates, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and cookware. The fridge was very nice with water and ice - both tasted great, and there is plenty of room. This keenly updated house fit the bill perfectly. It was updated with all the latest styles. And there are 3.5 baths. The four bunk beds provide plenty of room for the kids. Loved it! "

"Perfect long weekend stay for my daughter’s sweet 16! It was a complete washout of a rainy weekend, so there was a lot of time spent in the house, but it was the perfect house for lounging. The best part was the “fun room”which had enough sleeping for the 8 girls. The dining table was huge and they spent a lot of time there just hanging out. The campfire set up was outstanding and so beautiful with all the flowers and trees and deer. Ping pong was a huge hit, and having the golf cart and bikes was tremendous. Another amazing perk was allThe towels, which was one of my worries. Just as all the other reviews kinda scared me with this, yes the kitchen was very small, but it was well equipped and the table was nearby to help with meal prep, so don’t let that bother you. The host manager was reachable on a Sunday morning, and helped us out with a personal issue, which was 100% the icing on the cake so my daughter was able to have her sweet 16 beach catered picnic. This is my 3rd stay on Fripp, and this was my favorite house, and we will return to this exact spot. The rockers on the front porch were used nonstop, and the girls loved having their own balcony. Decor was adorable. Only regret was purchasing 10 amenity cards because we didn’t use them once because of the rain. That hurt, but I’ll take it considering my daughter had the best weekend ever, and my husband and I were able to enjoy while supervising. Highly recommend!!!"

"Excellent all around!"

"The location was ideal for us as we were multiple families staying together for a golf tournament. The kitchen was well equipped, except not enough kitchen towels. We had to contact the property management group to come back to do additional cleaning of the outdoor dining area as it was quite dirty. The gas grill was in very poor and dirty condition and frankly needs replaced.Also, it quickly became a parent that there was no hot water our first evening. After doing some of our own troubleshooting, we discovered the breaker to the hot water heater was off. There is also an issue with raccoons in the evening as wellDespite the above issues, beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space with hangers. Check in and out was very easy,Space itself seemed smaller than we expected. ."

"The home was charming and clean and had everything we needed. The setting was like a treehouse with all of the wildlife we spotted from the Carolina room. So many deer and birds and even a small gator down by the dock. It’s a peaceful spot and we hope to return!"
