"The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island. Had to go pick up golf...

"THE HOUSE WAS GREAT...NOT OVERLY STOCKED...WOULD BE NICE IF MORE THAN ONE TOWEL / PERSON WAS PROVIDED ALSO, THE KITCHEN COULD OFFER MORE THINGS LIKE A CROCK POT AND A BLENDER. AND THE PICS WERE MISLEADING IN THAT IT LOOKED LIKE THE GOLFCART WOULD BE AT THE HOUSE...SO WE WEREN'T ABLE TO CRUISE OUR FIRST NIGHT SINCE THE MARINA CART PLACE WAS ALREADY CLOSED WHEN WE GOT THERE. THE GIRLS HAD A GREAT WEEK, THOUGH THANKS FOR SHARING!!!"
