We love staying here as a family! Pools, hot tub, lots of outdoor seating, fire pits, stunning grounds! And easily walkable to the main shopping strip.

It’s my second stay @ The Fredericksburg Inn & Suite. I’ll make this location on any visit to Fredericksburg. A block walk to Main Street, where you’ll find shops , restaurants & bars A must stay !

Very relaxing atmosphere. Grounds are nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms are a little older but clean and nice. Comfy bed. Walkable to Main st. Would stay there again

Everyone that works at this property is excellent! They were all extremely helpful and answered all questions. We were very comfortable there and really enjoyed all of the outdoor space.

Front desk gentleman was very nice and friendly. We didn’t go to the pool area in person but could see it from our room and it looked inviting. Room size was very good and appeared to be clean.

Staff was completely rude. I attempted to cancel and they would not reimburse me. I asked to check in early and was denied. I waited until 3 and tried again when they still said my room was unavailable but I saw multiple other families check in. The staff was very rude and offered no accommodation for me while I waited to check in well after three PM which forced me to leave and go to another hotel because I needed a shower and to prepare for a wedding. Terrible. Awful and I don’t wish this service on anyone.

Rates charged for the eclipse were exhorbitant as expected. The facility was a slightly revamped motel at a convenient riverside location. Should have been cleaner and the shower was tepid early in the morning

It’s a hard property for me to review. Positives: front desk people were excellent, friendly and helpful. The pool area was very pleasant and well maintained. The location was excellent, easy to walk to downtown. Negatives: the rooms were tired and could have been cleaner. The towels need replacing. I probably would not stay here again.
