"The hallways were pretty warm. We had to turn the AC on when we got into the room. The refrigerator was unplugged, so we had to get it cool before we could use it. Only juice and coffee available. There was a discount on our room card for Pizza Ranch which we took advantage of. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay again."

3 bed/2 bath-Walk to Jack Trice Stadium

10/10 Excellent
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. It was also very easy to locate, which made our arrival stress-free.The hosts were wonderful about accommodating our two small beagles, and we really appreciated how welcoming they were to our dogs. The area also felt very safe and comfortable for walking them, even later at night, which gave us great peace of mind.Communication with the hosts was outstanding. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure all of our questions were answered before, during, and even after our stay.We have stayed at five other VRBO properties in the past, and this one was by far the best experience we have had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Ames area!"

"The hosts were fantastic and the property was exactly what we were looking for. They were quick to communicate with us, and even offered us complimentary check in and check out since we drove far and had stormy weather. The house was adorable, super close to the Rail Explorers and not far from the High Trestle Trail Bridge, and we absolutely loved sitting on the front porch. The hosts put a lot of love and effort into making the house and our stay perfect!"
