"There are nice updated rooms and it is quiet when I have been there. I don't go during football or basketball season. The restaurant had a buffet breakfast on Saturday morning. There is only one free breakfast per room, and we paid for a second one. Not really impressed with breakfast."

"This hotel is is our favorite in Des Moines. Full of fantastic art and super comfortable! You're going to love the rooms, lounge, and the breakfast. It's perfect for a couple's getaway or professional trip. "

"Best hotel. The property is very clean and nice, like a newly completed building. Their pool and hot tub were great to relax and enjoy. Their breakfast was wondeful with variety additions like strawberry pancakes, everything bagel etc. There are different restaurants and other amenities nearby. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Des Moines."

"Everything was amazing. The check-in was the most friendly experience I’ve ever had checking into a motel. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when we were there. It had just happened and they hadn’t gotten a chance to fix it. Completely understandable that these things happen but it was disappointing not to be able to use it after a long day in the car."
