Every single thing was exceptional! From check in to check out! This place is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The staff, every single person was friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic! Service was incredible! My favorite part, the two different swimming pools. The serenity pool was calm and quiet for relaxing days. Other pool had a DJ, games etc. if you wanted to have fun. I can’t say enough great things about this resort!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but honestly, my group had fun because of US and the energy we brought, not because the resort provided enough entertainment. The Bash Tower room was nothing special, and I could have just kept the Trendy room. For a resort with this type of reputation, there definitely needs to be more entertainment and activities to keep the energy going. Also, be aware there is a $400 security deposit PER ROOM, which I found ridiculous. I’ve stayed at resorts in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica and never had to pay a security deposit like that. You aren’t just a basic hotel—you’re a resort, so act accordingly. The food was great, and that was definitely one of the highlights. Overall, we made the best of our trip and had a great time together, but as far as the resort itself goes, I’m not sure I would come back.
