"The rooms were clean and comfortable "

"Was not disturbed, there was hot water, the room was clean. We were afforded an excellent view of the flight path into LAX for heavy jets (specifically rooms 310 and 311), which was absolutely sublime to watch. Despite this, the room was quiet, and the engine noise was not a nuisance. If I am flying out of LA again, I will be rebooking here and specifically requesting either of those two rooms. Staff were clear and concise, respectful. No serious concerns. Thank you."

"Cons: No refrigerator, bed was hard, no breakfast, microwave is in the lobby, I had to go to three different floors because ice machine was not working, have to pay daily for parking unlike other hotels where you have free parking,needs to be updated. Pros: close to freeway, airport, shopping, restaurants"

"Plenty of power points and very good lighting. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Very clean. Reception area was a bit dark and unwelcoming. MacDonalds and a petrol station with convenience store next door was a good start."

"Airport shuttle was convenient but took a long time to come to the pick up point. Other hotels’ shuttles came by a few times (even another Hilton Hotel shuttle who refused to pick us) before our hotel shuttle appear."
