"When I entered the bathroom I realized that the trash can had dirty papers the pool looked a bit strange the water was green I stayed there because supposedly that Hotel had four jacuzzis and when I went only one worked"

"When I first arrived, the room was extremely hot and took about an hour to cool down enough to be comfortable. The room I was provided was all oddly built…when the door was open, you could see straight through the room, which made me feel unsafe leaving my belongings. I called the front desk several times to ask questions but no one answered (no matter what time of day) so I had to make multiple trips back and forth to the desk. The room was also missing basic amenities like a microwave, bottle opener, and luggage rack, and both the cable and WiFi were spotty during my stay. Parking was convenient, and I did appreciate being able to go in and out of the parking garage throughout the day. However, overall, the stay was not worth the price."

"Room was nice, clean and had everything we needed for one night stay on our journey home. Easy access to the car rental drop off and appreciate the free airport transfers. Give yourself a few extra minutes as the shuttle stops at every gate enroute to yours. Driver was super helpful to those in need. "

"The air conditioning is old and makes a lot of noise and doesn't let us sleep well with so much noise. I didn't commet and it was the technician but it continued with noise"

"Super clean rooms! Comfy bed! Provides shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! We loved the hot tub and pool! Extremely helpful staff! Breakfast was super fresh and filling, many options! Parking was easy! "

"Check in was easy. Bernadette was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. I love the shower doors as they kept water from getting on the floor while showering. The only downside to the location is all the air traffic which is to be expected since your less than a mile from LAX."
