All exterior doors were propped open or unlocked to where a room key was not needed. My room did not contain a trash can or a hair dryer. The room was very clean though!

I liked the area and staff and our room. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area was nice. Friendly staff. Didn't have much lighting and we could've used a body mirror. What I really didn't like was the back area to get to rooms had no lock. Felt kinda unsafe. I would stay here again!

Well It was no refund reservation and when I got there the told me it be 100 deposited witch nothing was said when I booked the room so it came down to give up my last 100 or lose the first 100 it was supposed to be returned first thing it's been days andvall i was refunded was 9 so far out if the 100

This place is a very old building clean but old, I had to ask the manager to change me out of my room do to the smell and the curtains falling apart.

This property is Terrible !! Terrible!! Prices are overrated .. They charged my card for a smoking fee that I'm currently in process of fighting to get back. The property is old !! The customer service is rude. There's no way I will book this hotel again. I'm still waiting on manager to call me. Breakfast was horrible. Cops was there due to fighting. Everyone outside smoking but charge my room because they smell smoke. Very rude

The hotel is under construction. The first room they gave was on the second floor. The carpet in the halls was ripped up and half the doors on the second floor were off and up against the walls. The room smelled like sewage. They gave another room on the first floor. That room smelled like mold. The tv remote was tapped together. The tub had rust or something in it and damage. Nancy at the front desk said we could check out and they wouldn’t charge but we had to get a refund from Expedia. But then Expedia called to confirm and she told them they had to speak to the manager tomorrow. Now we’re at a Hyatt, much better!

Horrible place. Windows haven’t been cleaned in years, puke on light shade, furniture falling apart, a 2 ltr dada in freezer that blew up. Obviously no cleans the rooms. Hallway has old doors laying around. No carpet with bare concrete floors. HORRIBLE PLACE. STAY AWAY

Check-in was OK. Room walls were so thin that a noisy neighbor kept waking us up all night. On Saturday morning there was NO coffee available, even after staf being told that the coffee pots were cold. Staff also unable to provide receipt for check-out. Will NOT return.

No vent in the bathroom so steam builds up, no access to plugs at the nightstands, occupied by lights and clock, shower handle hard to use, shower curtain didn’t cover the shower, water on the floor. Weight equipment pulley system not operational, cable was lodged between wheels. Dumbell rack only had weights to 20 lbs and one of those were missing. Front counter staff was uninterested. Non smoking hotel, but first room and hallway smelled like marijuana.

Our family booked this hotel specifically for the fact that it had an indoor pool and since we would be visiting in January. The pool and spa weren’t functional the first day of the stay. The second day they said it was fixed so we tried to use it but the water was frigid and the windows of the pool area were open and screwed in place so they couldn’t be closed making the indoor temperature of the room the virtually the same temperature it was outside in January. The spa was working and warm but was full of sand and filthy. Our TV only had sound on 5 of the channels and when we asked to have it fixed the woman at the front desk told us the person who would deal with that wouldn’t be there until 10 the next day so we were out of luck. It wasn’t until we insisted we speak to a manager that she called him and he said it could be switched from another room but we had to switch the TV ourselves. She was only able to open the door for us. We attempted to use the fitness room one day and only the elliptical was working. The stationary bike buttons wouldn’t work and the treadmill would come to a complete stop and shut down in the middle of running on it. The weight machine cables were broken making it unusable and the exercise ball was half deflated. All in all the was probably one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had.

This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed. There was no hot water to shower. Not even luke warm. We changed rooms and it wasnt any better. Water barely got tolerable to take a shower.

The whole point of choosing this hotel was for the hot tub during my business trip but none of these things were working. When I ask staff about it they just blew me off. Also the key card constantly stopped working. They need to fix these things otherwise don't advertise it.

The lights in the pool area don't work and the hot tub is broken. The reason we choose this location was because of the hot tub. I should have gotten a small refund for the inconvenience

I did not receive the room i paid for in advance. The staff stated they gave it (King size bed) to another customer and provided no reason as to why. I had to take what they had double beds. That is poor business. My room was pre-paid through a 3rd party so there was no reason to give it away. We arrived at the property in a timely manner.

Ok hotel but there were some facilities issues. The back door did not latch so access to the hotel from the rear was not restricted to guests. One other exit on the side of the hotel was locked yet marked as an emergency exit. A remodel was in progress so our room was missing a closet door and there was very little lighting in the bedroom of our suite. Accessing items in the closet required a flashlight. $50 security deposit was a bit irritating since they already have a card on file for damages and incidentals. I guess if the whole chain holds $50/stay that can make a nice investment huh?? I would not recommend this property.

This hotel needs work & maintenance.
Major problems at this place. will never stay there again.1. Problems with room keys not working 2. Keys would not open rear entrance door3. Chain on curtain broken and could not pull up shade 4. Remote control & tv did not work. 5. Vent in bathroom did not work. 6.Border along floor and wall was cracked & missing.Desk lady Said mananger had a list of things to do. Remove this place off of your list of hotels. They are not investing any money in fixing up this place. Bare minimum.Room 104

We booked a double bed room because we had our daughter with us, when we arrived and got our room key it would not open the outside doors, but worked on our room. We booked here specifically for the indoor pool and hot tub, the hot tub was broken and not working and the heater for the pool was broken also. So we did not get to enjoy that but we’re not told when we checked in. We went to get ice and the only ice machine that was working was on the 3rd floor. The elevator smelled horrendous of pee. At checkout they would not even print us a receipt.

NOT IMPRESSED!
Wasn't too impressed with the room or the hotel overall. Was not clean and furniture in room was extremely damaged. I did not use the swimming pool, but the water looked very cloudy and dirty. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
