Lake Ontario Vacation Property in the Greater Niagara Region

"Amazing view of Lake Ontario with Toronto in the distance. There had been flooding the weekend before our stay, and Barbara and others worked hard to clean up the mess and make it dry for our stay. We had lovely weather, and the house is situated perfectly on Lake Ontario for wide-open views in all directions. The house itself is so spacious and well-equipped; we had ample room for five teenage boys and family. Barbara was great at responsive communication. Took a quick trip for ice cream and sat by the Niagara River as well--so many things to do in the area. Beautiful, quiet place--highly recommend!"

"The closeness to Lake Ontario was great. The sunset was spectacular. The A/C was excellent. The bed comfortable. The rest was disappointing. The cottage was run down. Grass had not been cut in several weeks, which made it difficult to walk in. The description indicated there was a swing by the beach. The swing was falling apart and not safe to sit on. There was smelly trash on the front porch. The handle fell off in the shower and it was too dark to put it back on. We did not feel we got what we paid for."

"This is such a great location. The host was quick to respond to our messages. The house was clean and very nice. We had everything we needed in the house. We enjoyed that we were in walking distance to restaurant and bakeries and ice cream. We enjoy a take out pizza sitting outside looking over the river. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very cute, clean, cozy, well equipped place in Youngstown, NY. Quiet location. A great market and fun brewhouse right around the corner. Great views of the Mighty Niagara River/Lake Ontario just steps away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Grass was tall fire pit was over grown with weeds chicken poop all over the deck downstairs had no air conditioning along with the master bedroom downstairs only up stairs bedrooms had air conditioning other than that very nice on the inside very clean inside would love to stay again if downstairs had air conditioning we come up every July to salmon fish and this place would be perfect every year"
