Breakfast quite good, stayed on Easter and they put Easter eggs everywhere. Very nice staff, quiet building, clean with nice rooms. Essentially as expected. Niagara Falls state park is about 5 minutes away, which was the main reason for family sightseeing trip.

Out of season stay, hotel in good location, ample parking. Breakfast ok, limited options and the use of plastic seems to undermine any sustainability credentials. Check in quick and efficient, pool small but refreshing after use of gym. Luke warm but nice. Bed was a bit soft for my liking, tired mattress methinks and the shower had no hot water on final day- shame as travelling that day and washing by flannel wasn’t what I’d hoped to be doing. Good for the price but areas to work on. Shopping nearby in Niagara. Not many food locations open this time of year.

My family and I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The kids like the pool and the breakfast was really good. The staff in the whole place is very friendly. Everyone that works there seems to be quite happy. The bed and pillows were very soft. I found it to be quiet there for me. The location was very good. I noticed I could park for free after like five or 6 o’clock on goat Island.

The gym has limited options but a sufficient array. Property is safe, well maintained and cleaned. The breakfast is ok. The main courses are mediocre but they offer a couple healthier options and 24/7 complimentary tea and coffee bar which is very nice. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable.
