Step into this marble and thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Hollywood, FL — the perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality for families gatherings and groups, including the business trips



As you enter, you’re welcomed into an expansive open-concept living area featuring five sofa beds, perfect for lounging or accommodating extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen with a center island invites you to cook and connect, while the dining area, with a huge dinning table comfortably seats up to 12 guests

Dinning area has direct access to the patio and pool area, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow for entertaining.



- LEFT WING, you’ll find the private MASTER BEDROOM retreat complete with 2 QUEEN beds with a Smart ROKU tv and WALK IN CLOSET .

RIGHT WING, is 3 guest bedrooms equipped each with two full beds, ROKU TV, CLOSETS offering ample sleeping arrangements for both adults and kids.

Enjoy the full pool of amenities at your disposal during your stay. Explore every corner of the house, take advantage of the convenient laundry facilities, and make use of both the fully equipped kitchen. Stay connected with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, and indulge in entertainment with multiple TVs. Relax outdoors on the patio, complete with a comfortable sun beds . For beach outings, we provide beach chairs and umbrella . Rest easy knowing that free parking is available for only to four cars, and take advantage of the washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Experience the easy of a keyless entry system, where we will provide you with a unique code to access the house upon check-in.



Other Things to Note:

When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.

*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation.



Please only park in dedicated 4 parking spaces.



For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:



- Bedding and towels

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent.



Please be considerate of the neighbors and bring all loud activities inside the house after 9 pm.



If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You may be asked to vacate a property If the police/ city code compliance are called for breaking the rules.



Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves.



* If something breaks down or doesn't work properly during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit by your request to fixes it within 24 hours. (PER GUEST REQUEST)

$100 by 12 PM or $130 by 2 PM.
